I agree to immediately REPORT any behavior/conduct by another volunteer that seems abusive or inappropriate.

I agree to strive to the "two adult" rule. This requires that adults are never alone with children without an adult partner or hall monitor in place.

Should my application be accepted, I agree to be bound by the Leadership Standards of First Kids and refrain from any unscriptural conduct both in person and online.
